You may have heard of an Aloo Tiki Chaat but what about a T2 Tiki Chaat ?

Did you know our restaurant Bhai's is an homage to our founder Sanjeev Bhai and T2 was one of the many nicknames he had. It was also his favourite kind of chaat.

We start with our own homemade aloo tiki that's stuffed with dal, which is key ! And then it gets topped with the typical chat toppings of yoghurt , tamarind and mint chutney. It gets finished with fresh pomegranate and onions. Honestly you can see why this was his favourite chaat.
